This Content Policy governs the use of Nostria's hosted infrastructure, including our Media Servers and Relay Servers. By using these services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Core Principle: Non-Aggression

Nostria's servers operate under the Non-Aggression Principle (NAP). Content that was created while violating the Non-Aggression Principle is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content depicting or promoting violence against persons or property
  • Content created through coercion, theft, or fraud
  • Content that infringes on the rights of others
  • Content involving exploitation or harm to individuals

2. Scope of Services

This policy applies to all content hosted on:

  • Media Servers – Storage and delivery of images, videos, and other media files
  • Relay Servers – Nostr event relaying and message distribution

3. Content Moderation Rights

Nostria reserves the right to remove any content from our servers at our sole discretion, even if such content does not violate the Non-Aggression Principle.

We are under no obligation to host, store, or relay any content. Our servers are private infrastructure, and we maintain full authority over what content remains on our systems.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Nostria's servers, you agree to:

  • Only upload or relay content that does not violate the NAP
  • Take responsibility for all content you publish through our infrastructure
  • Respect the voluntary nature of this service
  • Not attempt to circumvent content removal decisions

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate removal of offending content
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of access to our servers
  • Blocking of associated public keys from our infrastructure

6. Appeals

If you believe content was removed in error, you may contact us to discuss the matter. However, final decisions regarding content hosted on our servers remain at our discretion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Content Policy at any time. Continued use of our servers after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
