1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nostria ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Description of Service

Nostria is a client application for the Nostr protocol, allowing users to publish and read content on the decentralized Nostr network.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your private keys
  • All content you publish through the App
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations
  • You accept that you won't attempt to exploit or abuse the app, servers and infrastructure used by the Nostria or the organizations of people and companies involved with the Nostria.
  • You accept that certain content provided by Nostria software and website, might have copyright attached.
  • You accept that all human interactions should be voluntary.
  • You accept that all usage of Nostria servers, infrastructure and software must be the result of peaceful voluntary human interactions.

4. Privacy and Data

Your private keys are stored locally on your device when you choose to save them. The App does not collect this information on remote servers. Data you publish to the Nostr network becomes publicly accessible.

5. Content Policy

You agree not to use the App to publish or distribute:

  • Illegal content
  • Malware or harmful code

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Nostria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Dispute resolution & arbitration

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in either Liberstad Court or Montelibero Court.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice.
